Exchange & Refunds

OOPS! I ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and the box unopened.

We allow exchanges for a different size if the box is unopened however you must arrange shipping back to us at your cost plus shipping of the new item to you.

Contact us at hello@creaturesofcomfort.com.au if you would like to return or exchange your item. The item must be in perfect condition and the box unopened for a refund or exchange to be granted.

Once your return/exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

If the item is in perfect condition, we will process your refund to your original method of payment.

Please allow seven (7) working days for your refund to show up on your statement. If you haven’t received your approved refund after seven (7) working days of us notifying you of the return item receipt, please contact us at hello@creaturesofcomfort.com.au

OOPS! WE SENT THE WRONG ITEM

If the wrong product has been sent to you, then please contact us at hello@creaturesofcomfort.com.au and we will confirm with you and send the correct item ASAP at our expense and will arrange the return of the incorrect item with you directly.

FAULTY ITEMS

Faulty items will be replaced as per the Australian Consumer Law. If you have received a faulty item, please ensure you take a photo of it and email us at hello@creaturesofcomfort.com.au. We’ll then be in touch and provide you with the steps as to how to proceed.
